We discovered that Zoom was asking for authentication to join. This has been fixed. So now, individuals will enter your class as soon as they click the "Join Now" button on their home page.

Easy Class Testing
We have now made all class buttons on all home pages "live" - meaning that they link to your Zoom Meeting even when class is not in session. This is so that you can test your classes, at any time.

How to Test Your Classes
You can always ask a student to help you test, but it's worth it to create a "test lead" which you can use over and over again - to test your affiliate links, to test your text and email messaging before you send it, to test your classes at anytime, and to see what your home page looks like.

1. Copy-Paste one of your Affiliate Links from the Marketing Tab
2. In the registration form, enter a test lead name that you will remember
3. Provide/create an email for testing, and register with that address.
4. Provide/create an alternate phone number, and register with that number.
5. Complete registration and take screenshots
6. Logout of your Coach Account on the portal
7. Follow automated "Free Online Workshop" email, and login to the ARCS Portal as your test lead.
