2. Coursework Opening Schedule
SUNDAYS, 5PM EST
Students must turn in completed coursework for the week (if any, as program is self-paced)
SUNDAYS, MIDNIGHT EST
Coaches must turn in coursework request emails to Ms. Gill at f.gill@arcstofreedom.com
TUESDAYS, 9AM EST
Coursework opening requests will be fulfilled

Special Note:
Students enrolled on or after 01/18/2021 need Course Opening Requests emailed for opening Courses 2 and 26, only.
Grant Fast-Track (one course at a time): Jane Smith 2 ------------------------------> this means open all of Course 2
Grant Discount (one assignment at a time): Jane Smith 2.1 -----------------------------> this means open Assignment 1 in Course 2
Grant Discount (one assignment at a time): Jane Smith 2.1 -----------------------------> this means open Assignment 1 in Course 2
4. Student has trouble Logging into Portal
IF YOUR STUDENT HAS TROUBLE LOGGING INTO THEIR COURSEWORK:
Come to this page and check all of the following possibilities, before you contact Admin or your DPA.
1. Confirm Course and Assignment that student is attempting to access.
2. Test their login yourself, using their email and the lesson password.
• If you cannot get in, text Ms. Gill
• If you can get it, continue with this troubleshooting list
3. Confirm that Student is inputting the email address from their registration form.
4. Confirm that Student is inputting their email address in all lower-case letters.
5. Confirm that they're copy-pasting the lesson password, directly from the lesson page --- into the login box.
6. Make sure they haven't modified the lesson's password.
*If they have, text Ms. Gill --- because she will have to reset their login credentials.
7. Confirm that they've logged out of their previous lesson.
• Click "logout" from any lesson's login page.
• Then, the login boxes should reappear, on the next lesson's login page.
8. To help them clarify the login process, suggest that they take the ARCS Lesson Login Tutorial:
• ARCS Lesson Login Tutorial can be accessed at the top of the Student Portal.
