My teacher's words are very inspiring and she is very good at explaining lessons and asking us to think about how they relate to our lives. Being in a group session is helping me to gain an idea of just how different people's experiences and life paths are, but they can all be bought to the same place in life.

My favorite aspect of the ARCS program is the continuous information that is handed to me. The more I learn, the more I want to learn. The videos that are used, I only wish I could meet the person who did them. They are the most inspiring person I have ever heard explaining addiction and its components.
Then there is the live classroom that I attend. My teacher is very supportive and another inspiration in the ARCS program. I have never left her class with confusion or still having questions about anything.
My classmates are all wonderful as well. We have become our own "little family". I look forward to my classes every week and the flexibility is amazing.

The ARCS program has been an amazing experience for me. It challenged and engaged me from the start. I am fascinated with the knowledge gained in each lesson and can better relate to those around me. Now I have more compassion for those suffering from addiction and trauma and admiration for those who are in recovery.
The convenience of the program is also appreciated. I am able to learn at my own pace and have interaction with peers. The classroom atmosphere is inviting and relevant. My teacher is approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Tuition is affordable and well worth it. I can't wait to see what the future holds for me once I complete the program."

My favorite aspect of CARC Program is the ability to work at my own pace, the flexible schedule, and the content - these things all help me to apply what I learn to my own life as I go (it gives me time to start healing!). I love the videos and have learned so much from my teacher and fellow students.

A desire to flesh out my counseling skills caused me to entertain the idea of joining, but it was attending my first class and interacting with my teacher that sparked the commitment. I thought, "I could really learn a lot from this person!" Which turned out to be wholly accurate!

Now that I have been introduced to the Addictions Cycle, I am more aware of how important it is to heal myself. In order to be an effective coach, I need to heal the wounds that are inside me. Also, it will help me with my personal relationships and to be rid of any toxic individuals that I don't need in my life anymore.
I have been soaking up the new coping skills and benefiting from the unhealthy experiences I suffered as a child. I actually would not trade my childhood if I had to. I am happy of how it transpired because it created an empathetic and compassionate person with the capability to help others.
I really enjoy the classes... Thank you ARCS and Staff!
