TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Please ask your students these questions and guide them through these processes before you escalate a portal issue to my desk or to ARCS Support.
The Teaching Program and Grant Funding system are predicated on the necessity to keep ARCS administrative costs to a minimum, thus each Teacher is expected to be the "go to" person for any issues that a student may be experiencing. The Teacher can then communicate with me, if they need clarification.
You should be well acquainted with all information in this Troubleshooting Guide and use it to help your students if they are having difficulties with the new portal:
