One of our most popular workshops, our Nutrition series asserts that, if "you are what you eat"... then, what you eat can affect a lot of the change you may be seeking in your life! A 12-16 week series, for individuals, couples, families and groups, this workshop can be facilitated on-site or online and includes topics such as:
