One of our most popular workshops, our Nutrition series asserts that, if "you are what you eat"... then, what you eat can affect a lot of the change you may be seeking in your life!  A 12-16 week series, for individuals, couples, families and groups, this workshop can be facilitated on-site or online and includes topics such as:
     • body image: making peace with your beauty
     • the emotional dynamics of weight gain and loss
     • understanding your body's mechanics
     • how to eat what you want and reach your ideal body weight
     • habit-changers practicum:  small changes that can lead to a new waistline and lifestyle
     • cooking practicum:  simple, fast, cheap, delicious recipes for ideal body weight and brain chemistry balance
