Getting Organized
The more organized you are, the more efficiently you can use your time and the more Students you will enroll.
Student Folder
• After a new student enrolls, create a Student File for them on your computer:
• Download and store each Student's completed workbook lessons in their Student Folder.
Student Spreadsheet
This is just one example of how to keep an ongoing spreadsheet of your Enrolled Students and Class Visitors.
• Move them to the appropriate sections, as needed.
• GD stands for "Grant Discount" (15 Weekly, 30 Bimonthly or 60 Monthly)
• GFT stands for "Grant Fast-Track" (25 Weekly, 50 Bimonthly or 99 Monthly)
• You'll notice that $1 per week is taken off for Enrolled Students referred by Affiliates, Appointment-Setters, or other Students.
Special Notes:
"Type" of original referral is also listed, so that Job applicants can be passed on to Admin each Monday.
