Ms. Montiel is a true survivor. She has struggled with trauma from abuse, sexual molestation, breaking ties with narcissistic personalities, a food disorder, codependency, abandonment issues and substance abuse.
Through a lifelong journey of recovery, she has mastered her internal world and has learned healthy ways to process emotions. She has broken free from strongholds, mental patterns and bad habits that weren't serving her highest good. She started out as a CARC student and now guides others through the healing process:
