I found myself addicted to toxic relationships medicating with anything that numbed the mental, emotional and physical pain.
I had survived so much but knew something had to change. I had tried therapy and antidepressants. I had detoxed many times but always fell back into the same familiar cycles. I was at the end of another toxic relationship and was spiraling fast into a dark hole of depression, medicating with pain killers and alcohol --- when I stumbled across ARCS. I had always had an interest in psychology and knew I wanted to help both others and myself --- but didn’t know how. The ARCS information spoke to me, like it was a sign that I could turn my past and my pain into something useful. The ARCS program gave me the tools to recover, to heal, to learn and to understand so many of the questions I had. ARCS gave me a new perspective and a new start, on a healthy way of living. It is my goal to help others in any way that I can, and to show my clients and students that life can and does get better --- that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone is different and learns in different ways, so I seek to work with you and to help you heal in whatever ways work best for you.
