BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM

This weekend seminar is a focused portion of our Journey Within practicum, in which participants are guided through various inner-child techniques designed to replicate early childhood nurturing.  The experience of such fundamental,  formative milestones such as security, validation, encouragement, play and autonomy build self-confidence and esteem as no mere intellectual exercise can.  This workshop is for individuals and small groups and can be facilitated on-site or online.
