Amy Perez, CARC

I am originally from New England and love that area for its beautiful mountains, beaches and Fall colors. I've now lived in South Florida for the past 13 years with my three children. I have a great life today in which I enjoy hobbies like going to the beach, photography and karaoke --- but it was not always that way.
I'm a domestic abuse survivor, as well as a survivor of childhood sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
I first became a student of ARCS in 2018, and saw immediately the positive effects that it had on my overall well-being and sense of self-worth.
I now teach with ARCS full time, helping others to break free from the false narratives that have locked many of us as “prisoners in our own minds” for far too long.
I help women and men from all backgrounds of abuse, trauma and familial dysfunction to uncover their unhealed wounds and shed light on the real motivation behind any behaviors that are not yielding success in their lives.
I specialize in teaching you what empowerment and self-care really mean.
I can teach you the tools necessary to find your “true voice”, so you can learn to truly love the person that you are inside.
